the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. the room included complimentary bottled water, a nice touch after a long day. i found free parking available, very convenient. the staff was very friendly, so nothing was too much trouble.

The receptionist provided clear instructions about the hotel's offerings and schedule. I received a complimentary upgrade to a Double Room, a pleasant surprise. The location proved convenient, being close to the town center, the train station, and a large Sainsbury's store. I found the room both clean and well-kept .
I noticed slight wear on some of the furniture in the room.

This place has a lovely, clean feel, i must say! a bar and restaurant are available. The thai food is quite authentic, especially the panang. the staff is very approachable, which really helps. the rooms have a nice layout, and parking is easy with the courtyard garden being an extra plus!
The bathroom was compact. The toilet seat was wedged rather tightly between the wall and the bath, a bit inconvenient.

The receptionist, this allowed a quick check-in. the hotel surprised me with an upgrade to a double bed room. I found this particularly nice. its proximity to the town centre, the rail station, and a large sainsbury's made accessing essentials and transport very simple.
the quality food came with prices i felt were slightly above average, which i thought was a little much!

Housekeeping operates daily and staff are friendly, they do a great job to keep the hotel super clean. Front desk staff are always available and attentive. i saw them addressing all requests efficiently. they have a can-do attitude i very much appreciated

The room offered modern decor and was very clean. I found the bed comfortable. I also appreciated the fan available in the corner of the room as temperatures were high (it was a lifesaver!).
The parking situation presented some challenges. Spaces were limited, and nearby roads had parking restrictions. I was fortunate to secure a visitor permit through family, but this could be an issue for others.

the bathroom felt small. if someone were larger, sitting on the toilet seat might prove difficult. it was wedged tightly between the wall and the bath, with a shower screen that was unmovable.
