The receptionist, this allowed a quick check-in. the hotel surprised me with an upgrade to a double bed room. I found this particularly nice. its proximity to the town centre, the rail station, and a large sainsbury's made accessing essentials and transport very simple.
the quality food came with prices i felt were slightly above average, which i thought was a little much!

the hotel dining area features modern decor and comfortable seating; breakfast service begins quite early. there is a wide selection of hot and cold options available; fresh pastries and fruit complete the offerings. the service is prompt and courteous.

housekeeping operates daily and staff are friendly, they do a great job to keep the hotel spotless; front desk staff are always available and attentive. i saw them addressing all requests efficiently. they have a can-do attitude i very much appreciated

the hotel features a compact gym on the second floor, it includes treadmills and stationary bikes; complimentary toiletries are provided daily. the parking spaces at the front of the hotel, though limited, add convenience to the location and accessibility of the hotel.

the hotel offered a bar and a restaurant, and i tried the thai food. it tasted authentic. there was also a courtyard garden i visited.
the bathroom felt small.

The room offered modern decor and was very clean. I found the bed comfortable. I also appreciated the fan available in the corner of the room as temperatures were high (it was a lifesaver!).
The parking situation presented some challenges. Spaces were limited, and nearby roads had parking restrictions. I was fortunate to secure a visitor permit through family, but this could be an issue for others.

The receptionist was both friendly and clear upon my arrival, and she provided comprehensive information regarding the hotel amenities and schedules. She made settling in particularly easy. Her professionalism stood out (a very positive first impression).

the staff was friendly. the room had everything i needed, and it was quiet, not too busy. i noted really lovely customer service too.
the bathroom felt small. if someone were larger, sitting on the toilet seat might prove difficult. it was wedged tightly between the wall and the bath, with a shower screen that was unmovable.
